The combination of tray and table called Bakketop ("Hilltop") is an excellent example of how FDB Mbler combines design, craftsmanship and functionality to create products that are far more than the sum of their parts. Perfect for the bed or the end of a sofa, Bakketop also works as a freestanding piece of furniture. It was originally designed for Snedkerne's Efterrsudstilling (Carpenters' Autumn Exhibition) in 2018, and young carpenter Mathias Juul Overvad receives recognition for his highly detailed woodworking.
